Featuring Cincinnati’s Classic 3-Way Chili

Introducing the real thing, authentic Cincinnati style chili served over spaghetti and topped with loads of finely shredded cheddar cheese.

Currently, it is served nowhere else in its true form, in Seattle.  I make it weekly with the freshest and finest spices available.  In fact I have a local spice purveyor grind my custom blend of spices the day I cook the chili. This makes the difference!!

Since my very first serving at the Fremont Sunday Market, I have received overwhelming positive responses from my customers.  You would be surprised how many people that are either from, have traveled through or as I like to put it, escaped from OH.  But one thing we have in common is our fond appreciation for Cincinnati Chili.  It has a savory and a unique flavor; sweet upfront and a pleasing hot spicy finish. Greek influenced with a cult-like following that dates back 50 years.

I have been serving my chili for 5+ years for my friends and have realized that there is a huge contingent of mid-western folks right here in Seattle craving this chili and I am here to bring it to you.

As a Cincinnati native, I invite you to try a unique and delicious entrée that has pleased mid-westerners for over 50 years.
